Laundry Rewards are points you earn by using the Laundry Pay app to pay for your wash or dry time. These rewards points are earned each time you use the pay and are available immediately to redeem for free services.

Scan a machine’s QR code using the LaundryPay app. If you have enough points to cover the full amount of the cycle you’ve chosen, you will see a pay option titled “Pay with Loyalty Points”. Choose this option to redeem your reward!
If you prefer to use cash or coins at our store but you’d like to earn Rewards points, you can still participate! Each one of our locations has a “Laundry Pay” kiosk that allows you to upload your physical money into the app. Just load your cash into your LaundryPay account balance using the kiosk in the store and you’ll be well on your way to earning free laundry!
